Note: from a .80 ha parcel just under Bienvenues-Bâtard Cool, perfumed and airy aromas of jasmine tea, violet, lilac, acacia, essence of pear and a touch of wood precede the gorgeously textured medium-bodied flavors that brim with dry extract, if less obvious minerality, on the powerful, robust and bone-dry finale. This is perhaps a bit less elegant than it usually is though with that said, it displays more of it immediacy with Bâtard in 2020. *Burghound Outstanding!* - BH
